CashFox does not guarantee token price appreciation, liquidity, exchange listings, mining profitability, buybacks, staking value or investment returns.

Users are responsible for maintaining control of their own wallets, devices, passwords, seed phrases and private keys.
CashFox does not have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost wallets, reverse blockchain transactions or restore assets sent to the wrong address.
Blockchain Transactions
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. You are responsible for checking the network, wallet address, contract address, transaction value, token amount and transaction details before approving or signing.
Network fees are determined by the blockchain and may vary. CashFox does not control Ethereum gas fees.
Smart-Contract Interactions
CashFox-related transactions may involve smart contracts deployed on Ethereum Mainnet.
Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities, bugs or unexpected behavior. Public source verification does not eliminate these risks and should not be treated as a substitute for independent security review.
Presale
Participation in the CFOX presale involves real USDC and Ethereum Mainnet transactions. Users are responsible for verifying the official presale contract and understanding the purchase process before interacting.
Participation in the presale does not guarantee liquidity, future market value, exchange listings or financial returns.
Staking
CFOX staking involves fixed lock periods. Under the current staking contract, early withdrawal is not available.
Users are responsible for understanding the selected staking term before creating a position.
Mining and Future Plans
Statements about planned mining operations, infrastructure, reinvestment, buybacks, reporting or ecosystem development describe current intentions and may change.
Future plans should not be treated as guaranteed operations, guaranteed revenue or guaranteed outcomes.
Third-Party Services
CashFox may link to or rely on third-party services such as wallet providers, WalletConnect, blockchain infrastructure, Vercel, Etherscan, social platforms or other external services.
CashFox does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, policies or actions.

Users should verify official contract addresses, treasury addresses and social accounts through cashfox.org before interacting.
CashFox will never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private key.
