Risk Disclosure

Understand the Risks Before You Interact

CashFox and CFOX involve crypto assets, smart contracts, blockchain transactions and planned mining-related operations. These activities involve significant risks, including the possible loss of some or all value associated with CFOX.

Crypto-Asset Risk

Crypto assets can experience substantial price volatility and may lose value rapidly. There is no guarantee that CFOX will increase in value, retain any particular value or maintain an active market.

Participation in the CFOX presale, holding CFOX or staking CFOX should not be understood as a guarantee of profit or future returns.

Liquidity & Market Risk

Liquidity may be limited or unavailable. CashFox does not guarantee exchange listings, secondary-market liquidity, trading volume or the ability to sell CFOX at any particular time or price.

Smart-Contract Risk

The CashFox ecosystem relies on Ethereum smart contracts. Smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, unexpected behavior or integration issues even when source code is publicly verified.

Source verification on Etherscan allows users to inspect deployed code, but it is not the same as an independent security audit and does not eliminate smart-contract risk.

Staking Risk

CFOX staking uses fixed lock periods. Under the current staking contract, early withdrawal is not available. Users should only stake CFOX they are prepared to keep locked until the selected maturity date.

APR figures describe the staking reward calculation defined by the contract. They do not guarantee the future market value of CFOX or the economic value of staking rewards.

Mining & Operational Risk

CashFox intends to develop a mining-related operating model, but cryptocurrency mining profitability is uncertain and can change significantly.

Factors such as electricity costs, hardware performance, hosting fees, network difficulty, cryptocurrency prices, equipment failure, maintenance, regulation and downtime can materially affect mining results.

CashFox does not guarantee mining profitability, mining revenue, operational success or the timing or scale of future mining activity.

Buyback Risk

CashFox has described an intended framework under which a portion of defined net mining proceeds may be used for CFOX market buybacks. Future buybacks depend on actual operating results, available proceeds, market conditions, liquidity and project execution.

Buybacks are not guaranteed and should not be assumed to occur at any particular frequency, amount or market price.

Wallet & Transaction Risk

Users are responsible for protecting their wallets, seed phrases, private keys and connected devices. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed.

Always verify the network, wallet address, contract address, transaction amount and transaction details before approving or signing anything.

Scams & Impersonation

Crypto projects are frequent targets for phishing, fake websites, impersonation accounts and malicious contract links.

CashFox will never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private key. Verify official links and contract addresses through cashfox.org before interacting.
